Northlands Rescue Mission is a place of rescue, relief and restoration for all who come here, no matter their needs or challenges. For the homeless living on the streets, we’re a hot meal, a warm bed and a second chance. For the mentally ill, we are a safe harbor that offers compassionate care. For an impoverished family in crisis, we are a source of help and hope.
Our Christian-based nonprofit ministry serves homeless men and women in 21 counties of North Dakota and Minnesota with shelter, meals, clothing, spiritual guidance and case management, all delivered in a safe environment, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
With your help, we offer a place of hope where people can recover from homelessness and addiction, restore their dignity and improve their lives.
Kids + Program

-A week in advance is most helpful. Serving dinner is a popular volunteer project so they only have select days available in the week
Game Nights with the Residents
-Bring your own games to play
-5 to 20 people (1 adult to 3 students)
(you would probably have around 10 residents at the first game night and more at future game nights as residents got comfortable.)
We need people willing to take an hour a month to lead a discussion about the bible/upcoming readings at the Mission. You do not need to be a bible scholar, just an ordinary person willing to sit down with other people to talk about faith and the Word. You can be matched up with someone with experience, so you need not go this alone.
We invite you to join us in being a part of the hunger solution through this Feed My Starving Children MobilePack. This is an opportunity to learn about hunger related issues, pray for those in need, raise funds to cover the cost of meals and pack meals for the hungry. Through this powerful event, we can impact the lives of thousands of children.
Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit Christian organization committed to feeding God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit. The approach is simple: children and adults hand-pack meals specifically formulated for malnourished children, and we ship these meals around the world. FMSC meals have reached nearly 70 countries in our history.
We show the love of Christ to the unborn and to their parents by meeting their spiritual, physical, emotional, and material needs. We collaborate with local agencies such as the Women's Pregnancy Center and the Saint Gianna Maternity Home. We believe that every person is created in the image and likeness of God and has an inherent right to life from conception until natural death.

The Women’s Pregnancy Center is in need of your help. If you have a desire to serve this group of individuals in a capacity beyond what is mentioned or if you’d like to be a part of organizing these activities for our parishioners and the community members we’d love to hear from you.
Pray the Rosary for the unborn every Thursday at 11:30am, Fridays before morning mass, and before all masses on the first weekend of the month.
Our goal is to live out the scripture of Matthew 28:19, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." We hope to plan domestic and/or international mission trips for parishioners to put their faith into action.
